Registration Benefits

Registration includes:

• Entry to all scientific sessions of the IWaST Congress between 19–21 March 2025
• Speaking slots/abstracts (limited to 2 per registered participant)
• Buffet lunch and coffee/tea during the event
• Exclusive IWaST welcoming pack
• Further, there will be student aid for attendance of the Congress. Please watch this space for further details.

Additional services available, at cost, include:

• Ticketed events for Closing Dinner (USD 30)

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation or postponement of IWaST due to unseen circumstances, registered and paid participants are entitled to a refund of their IWaST fees, minus an administration fee.

All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis. Upon acceptance of the cancellation, refunds are applicable according to the following timeline:

• Cancellation before 1 March 2025 – 70% Refund
• Cancellation on and after 1 March 2025 – No Refund
• The refund is subject to a 10% administrative fee.
• All refunds will be made after the conference.
• All bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administrative fees/ taxes will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
• Registration fee may be transferred to another individual; payment invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant.
